Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

This chia pudding recipe is one of my go-to for a breakfast, snack, or dessert option.  It’s a very easy meal-prep recipe which makes great for busy moms and professionals. 

Chia seeds are packed full of protein and fiber, high doses of omega-3, and help keep you full and satisfied!

  • 3 Tbsp of Chia Seed
  • ¾ cup of Almond Milk (or any milk of your choosing)
  • 1-2 tsp of Cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp of raw cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 tsp of Vanilla

*all organic ingredients used

Combine all of the ingredients together. Set it aside, let it gel for 10-15 minutes or even better overnight.

Optional: * Add 1-2 Tbsp of organic granola, sprinkle of shredded coconut, and ¼ cup of dark chocolate chips
