Slow Cooker Vegetable Beef Soup on wooden table

1 pound ground beef (or can use your beef of choice)

1 cup chopped onion

1 large (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes (chopped) (or 2.5 cups fresh chopped tomatoes)

3 cup diced potatoes

1.5 cups of green beans chopped

2 teaspoon chili powder

2-3 dashes cayenne pepper (optional)

3 cups of beef stock or 2 beef stock cubes

½ cup red pepper diced

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup sliced carrots

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Brown meat with onion and celery; drain off fat. Add all ingredients to your slow cooker and add 2 cups of water (NOTE if using stock cubes, add 5-6 cups of water). Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
