Banana-Cocoa-Soy Smoothie

½ cup silken tofu

½ cup of unsweetened soy milk

2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

1 Tbsp. honey

1 banana, sliced and frozen

Place your tofu, soy milk, cocoa, and honey in a blender blend until smooth. With the motor running, add the banana slices through the hole in the lid and blend until smooth.
