Roasted Mexican Cauliflower
I’m not the biggest cauliflower fan, but this cauliflower dish was so delicious I had to share it with my family and friends!!!
An IG friend I follow by the name of Amy Lippert, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, posted this Roasted Mexican Cauliflower cuisine and I knew immediately I had to try it! The picture alone looked so mouthwatering.
What I loved about making this side dish was that it was so simple and easy to make. It took no time at all with a minimal amount of ingredients needed that you may already have in the kitchen. This flavorful veggie dish is also packed full of vitamins and minerals such as Vitamin B9 (folate), Vitamin C (antioxidant), and Magnesium which is very beneficial when trying to conceive and especially when you’re pregnant!
Whether you’re a cauliflower fan or not just give this dish a try and see if you and/or you and your family don’t come back for seconds or thirds!!
